 FAR OUT
There's three hundred dollar habits a day
Out there or so I've been told
There's vomiting, craving
Pain so deep it leaves you old

God show me the way
It's far out there they say
Way far out there I haven't been
Show me the way Dear Lord Amen!

There's two hundred dollar habits a day
Out there, far away from this place
Someone will swear it's under control
As they sell their body to feed their tortured soul

God's love has to show the healing
Go on, get into the divine feeling
Let God's Grace show you the way
Two hundred dollar habits are hard to pay

One hundred dollar a day habits too
Not for this woman and not for you
When you going to take it with kindness
Habits far out there leave you in blindness

Addict yourself to something good
Get some help I pray you would
It's not my life I write about this moment
Writing poetry's my habit that will torment

You, if you are sick and reading
These words that I am feeding
To those with habits leaving them sick
May God show you better habits to pick

God show you the way
There's a peace if you pray
Close your eyes and see the light
Let it show you the way to a life that's alright.
