Crying In The Rain…I walk the roads in solitude, My tears mingled with the rain, Salt water falling from my eyes… Wallowing in my hurt and pain! A million thoughts inside my head, A zillion tears in my eyes, Oh the pain I bear is great… I try to look towards the skies. But I am blinded by my tears, And can't see beyond my pain, The skies are dark and foreboding to me, My hurt is driving me insane! What can I do, where can I go? Oh please, show me the way… I need release, I need some peace, I need to run away… But I am crying in the rain, So no-one can see my tears, And no-one can see the hurt in me, They can't imagine my fears! And as I tread my paths in life; I will do them in solitude, all alone, Until I come to the stage in my life, That I am finally; home. For only when I come to that stage, I'll be able to stop my tears and pain; And lead a happy life as I should, And never cry my tears in the rain again! I came home, and my tears all dried up!
