At certain times I stare in space
I close my eyes and hide my face
Cause life flies by at such a pace
I cannot find my rightful place

Confused I know that I am here
When I should be right over there
But in my mind it is not clear
I am quite lost I do declare

My mind goes off in a total blank
Can't tell heads or tails, I must be frank
And after all the pills I drank
I think it's all a cruel prank

To tell the truth I think it's age
That flicks the leaves of my life's page
Which regulates my mind's true gauge
As slowly I become a sage
