the majesty of dawn
would not occur without
the splendor of the night
on a blanketed darkness
that seeks to draw forth
grains of intrinsic gems
from wails of frustrations
to the hails of the victors
grind in the dust...
dreams meant for shadows
lost to whispers...
to the deafening silence
cleared the troubled conscience
towards survival of the fittest
a scruple of labour recompensed
in wanderlust of contentment
bury the hatchet...
time heals the wounded heart
vengeance not ours
humility soon finds the way
values we cultivate
denying ego-centric self
insurmountable rage
will soon banish...fade away
cast away vendetta...
ill-fated eye for an eye
wash out greed and pride
that drowns the human mind
deliver yourself from angst
like hungry wolf cries
waiting for its prey
in the darkest of the night
propagate a new beginning
with positive possibilities
let mephitic contagion
fall upon the ground
till the fertile mind
implant the seeds of wisdom
and sprinkle them wisely
to the forgiving hearts of men
these tiny sprouted seeds
lie drowsy unaware...
when pampered with attention
and nurtured to perfection
will somehow start to grow
from a barren clump of soil
a lovely flower is seen
in a foliage garden green
beneath the pale moon rising
the tiny seeds have grown sturdy
sparkling moonbeams on its leaves
signify reflections of our dreams
from a fuzzy light of hope
to silky shades of dawn
welcomes the grandeur morning sun
where our dreams emerge so bright
