Going Beyond
Oh I often do wonder,
While I let off a sigh;
In my mind I ponder,
With questioning why.
What is life all about?
Is there any real goal?
Sometimes with doubt,
Pertaining to my soul.
It is not of a non-belief,
I know our God is alive;
But why so much grief,
If still our souls survive.
Time for you to rejoice,
In a festive celebration;
As you lift up your voice,
To the Lord in jubilation.
For someone has gone,
But they have not died;
Where no sunset or dawn,
Within the Father to abide.
