mankind~
the cool breath of night sky
awaits the kiss of the earth;
transcending her and enveloping
her with love. her touch is the
call to man calling him to
raise his red brush of
desire. look to the east,
north, west and south and
ask, "what colours are your sky?"

the slender bamboo awaits
the touch of the wind;
touching lightly upon
its sensitive shoot. `tis
in how we approach that
turns the key to compassion,
opens the doors to listening,
and lifts the treasure of humanity.

within the chest are the jewels
of truth, understanding, patience,
tolerance and trust. drape in
yourself adorning your soul
as the jewel that it is
as for then another may
recognise its colour and place it
amongst their jewels. what a most
splendid ensemble we would have.
glance to the children as they
seem to know how.
"a bracelet, necklace and a ring"

touch the crown on the bowed head
of the bough as she holds the secrets.
lift it and place it upon your head.
can you taste her mystical powers
from the scent of silver? transform
yourself into rain so the elephant may
bathe in the mud because it is then
that animal and man will become one.
