A Nice Guy
Oh such a beautiful day,
Not a cloud in the sky;
Only one thing I can say,
God is such a nice guy.
Making peace in my heart,
Comforting in tribulation;
In knowing from the start,
For turning it into jubilation.
I know that with His grace,
He turns the dark into light;
Tho' not able to see His face,
I can see through His sight.
God is where I put my trust,
Letting Him to be my guide;
And is able to thwart the lust,
By allowing Him to abide.
So I give Him all of my love,
As I follow His Holy Word;
His Spirit descends as a dove,
Warding off being bewildered.
