The Road
I'm walking this road of torture,
I'm walking this road of pain,
I'm going round in circles,
Over and over again.
It all seems so pointless,
I'm getting no where fast,
Every time I think I'm getting somewhere,
It never really lasts.
I get back to where I started,
Every time the same,
Why does it keep on happening?
Am I the one to blame?
I'm walking the road,
With no place to go,
Should I carry on walking?
I really don't know.
