Memories Of You And I

Memories of the past
Float in the back of my mind,
We had dreams of the future
When life treated our hearts so kind.

Our hearts were as one
Hands always clasped together tightly,
Kisses that tasted like the sweetest wine
Our arms held each other nightly.

What ever happened to us?
I'm sure, I'll never know,
But, always remember this
I had always loved you so.
