Ascension

I have seen cemetery's, and I've seen mausoleums,
I've seen Egyptian kings and queens and Gothic museums,
I have pondered now and then,
About the pyramids underneath their massive base,
What treasures may be hidden.
Are they portals of time and space,
Do they close a door.
Makes you wonder as you walk within, looking at the floor.
Is it geometrics or levitation, will anyone ever know.
Was it giant hands or the mind of a child,
That made the pyramids grow.
yet grain by grain, back to the desert they will go.
