The sheepish follow him
trusting his guidance,
as he leads them into dangerous terror-stories.
This blind shepherd named after
other Bushes we stumbled through before,
from the great W ranches.
He is a simple minded caretaker
selected by corporations
to fatten their wool coats,
and fleece the less fortunate.
Many of the common sheep
have been led to the slaughter
their young butchered
by unintelligent courses
he chooses to stay on.
The rest, and his best willingly
follow him with wool pulled over their eyes.
They are the prize sheep worth much more,
the blue ribbon herd
who seldom are asked to risk
or ever risk any of their own,
as they bask in their stocks
sharing uncommon bonds.
They know his vision is skewed
but he feeds them the
best of sustenance,
and makes them grow rotund
on cash crops,
not taxing their efforts to get to
the greener grass on the other side of the fence.
Beware the path you choose come November.
Bleat loudly as you follow those who run
in the other direction.
for there have been many lyings-(lions)
distributed in the midst of the flock,
concealed by the blind shepherd,
