Nana's Poem
(Good luck to Debbie (Nana5) and her family hoping 'Little Man' comes through safely)
SultryRose's Signatures
I've just wished your wishes and closed my eyes
Thinking of you today,
I was hoping you'd hear my solitary voice
As I looked to the heavens and prayed
The lord will do unto his duty
Honouring the requests of us all,
He will perform what nature requires him
While hoping to catch our fall
The tears he will dry with fresh winds
The smiles he will return with grace,
The sun will shine on you today
When ‘little man' ignites your face
Look to the skies with courage and thought
As time will heal the pain,
Preparing the worst, strengthens the quest
Of being alive again
Endear what tenderness delivers
Soft touches adhered in support,
The love and kisses that come from your soul
Are gestures that cannot be caught
The tears he will dry with fresh winds
The smile will return with grace,
The sun will shine on your family today
When ‘little man' resumes his place
Good wishes for you and your family.
