green carpets and perfectly placed flowers
It is quite beautiful, very peaceful
no matter the time of day
All your neighbors names
reside upon their doors, all

I glance towards all the people
here I know, saying hello
as I pass by to you
I reach my destination
I sit down, and clean off your door

Bren is 9 now, Hunter is 3
They bring me much joy, happiness
in a World so bleak, so dark
I miss you so much, I want to hold you
I tie words to your balloons
release them to the heavens
higher and higher they float
swiftly, in a hurry to reach you,
it seems
I light your candles,
a tear slides down my face
I rise to my feet and say goodby
I will see you again soon
Fly on my child
Soar with the Eagles
Hold the childrens hands
as they cross the streets of gold
