Poetry For Everyday People
When I Have Nothing
Always
it turned out
I had everything,
when my pain
is at it's worst:
it seemed magic
compared to
when I have
given up,
tears on
the inside
eat at your
soul's cafe
and the magic
of it is:
that
pain,
wisdom,
love,
loneliness,
life's
horror
and
beauty
are
but
steps.
it turned out
I had everything,
when my pain
is at it's worst:
it seemed magic
compared to
when I have
given up,
tears on
the inside
eat at your
soul's cafe
and the magic
of it is:
that
pain,
wisdom,
love,
loneliness,
life's
horror
and
beauty
are
but
steps.
