Preaching the Truth
As a Christian you must teach,
Telling others in your outreach;
Never to disagree or to stray,
From the right and Godly way.
Ones who do are always proud,
With their head up in a cloud;
Causing them to distort the truth,
Twisting facts and being uncouth.
Of sick minds and a bad attitude,
Arguing over words, being rude;
Unkind words and evil thoughts,
Acting like a bunch of juggernauts.
They think religion makes you rich,
But greed makes their fingers itch;
Soon enough temptation will snare,
Exposing a love of money they wear.
The truth is that God will provide,
To faithful servants who will abide;
Keeping you content and satisfied,
Preaching the truth on the Crucified.
