Poetry For Everyday People

Just Relaxing

A beautiful cloudy day
little rain here and there,
the air is cool, watching a
squirrel climbing our Granny
Smith apple tree to pick the
only little freak of nature
apple hanging,

moments like this I don't
remember what got me here,
I just flow in this
state of serenity, in this
quilted minute,

and I want you here
with me.
