From The Heart
Angelic Wings
When Life has you down
and worries to much for you to bare
Remember an
Angel is Always near
I'll look up to the Heavens
And I'll worship my God.
I'll look up to the Heavens
And I'll bow my head and pray.
I'll pray for me and for you,
I'll pray for love everywhere.
Oh, I'll pray for salvation and
I'll pray for angelic wings.
I'll stand on this holy ground
As a little child comes around.
I'll teach them about our Saviour,
I'll teach them about God's love.
Going before God on Judgement day,
I put my head down for I know I have sinned.
He lifts my head up and says "My Child You
Are Forgiven For All The Good That You Have Done".
Sitting there up in the Heaven's on the
Highest clouds as He sits on his throne.
Looking down upon His holy ground,
I see just what my work has done.
Children praying, Children loving,
People going to church and worshiping God.
A smile forms across my sweet, humble face
As I have just received my oh holy angelic wings.
