Don’t tread on a flower You smile in your wickedness you think you are pure your borne of the devil but how. You slander my name this don’t bother you as long as your winning for now. You take advantage of a flower that grew from a ruin, it fought just to be you used and abused me Said you were a friend just as long as you were free Free from the pain of being so wrong, you used me while going your way. You have left me I thought you were true not knowing you were planning the day That you would attack me the demon you are your ego must rule over truth as it was. But my dear lady you have not taken into account my friends who believe in me just because They know the truth they know who I am my friends I will always hold dear How sad is this moment as I tell you now that your name in my mind brought me cheer Don’t ever tread on a flower that grew from a ruin, as so hard this was to be Goodbye dear friend you’ll never know that you had me by your side for eternity © TRIZIA 2004 Poetry Ad-Free Upgrades Vote for this poem
