 OF the fright
OF FRIGHT

My imagination on fire,
I hear things, translucent shadows,
Smell the heat of fires

A Loud clink clink
This old castle creaks and groans.
Musty stench, I can't think,

The sounds of bats flying through,
And whimpering and whining,
Of spirits caught, if you only knew.

Sounds of the drawbridge lowering
Sliding, rattling of chains
Mushrooms, Fungi were flowering

Rattles and thud,
Its red ...it's wet....
It's Blood!! ,

What is going on, oh the pain?
~
I feel the piercing,
Of another of my body parts,
Crying, whining,
Something starts.
~
I feel myself being lifted,
The whirling of a motor I hear
Yes I am being shifted,

Stop! That is an order.
~
Higher and higher I go,
Freezing. With fear and fright,
Swinging To and fro,

All of this on an ordinary night,
In my mind imagination delight
Do you dream? OF the fright
