Come ...My faithful companions
Sit here, beside me for a time
Let us spend some quiet moments
In a peace, thats so sublime
You are both, such a comfort
I can sense, your love so strong
Being gentle, not the rough sort
Staying near, the whole day long
So concerned, with my protection
Walking ..... So close to my heel
We have a special connection
It's your warm loyalty, that I feel
Closer we grow, with each new day
Creating a bond ...No one can break
You seem to know each word I say
Always aware of.... Each step I take
Sometimes closer, than a brother
We romp, play ...Having such fun
I would not trade you for another
My faithful companions, each one
Let us sit...and enjoy this moment
As we listen to sounds of the night
Feeling the pleasure, and closeness
Faithful companions, a beautiful sight
