I wrote this for a cousin of mine who told me she'd tried various methods to get rid of wrinkles.
How do I stop myself getting old?
Of that I'm quite unsure!
Herbs, oils and soaps have all been tried!
Aromatherapy isn't the cure!
I've excercised for weeks on end,
Even tried hot and cold showers;
Mud packs and wrinkle cream make no impact,
Depite having them on for hours.
I took part in a few Chinese arts,
They didn't help me get far!
I managed to accrue a few broken limbs,
When I fell from a balancing bar.
So how do I stop myself getting old?
How do I salvage the past?
It's to know that within, I'm still young at heart;
I'd say; that's a cure that might last!!!!
