Six Foot Two Of Heart
Six foot two of caring
He`s quirky and so nice
He`s made my daughter happy
Since she became his wife
A lovely sense of humour
He always makes you smile
Yet he can be serious
And listen for a while
This world is full of people
Who never give a damn
But Roddy is not one of them
This kind and gentle man
Today he reaches thirty-eight
A magic age I think
But just like any other boy
He knows he`s on the brink
Of forty, and it scares him
I love to wind him up
Because he does the same to me
The cheeky, lanky pup
A heart of gold beats in his frame
Deep down he is a poet
I think the world of you my son
And wanted you to know it
Have a happy day today
Make this a brand new start
Remember you have everything
You have my daughters heart
