Pray for Mercy
I pray that God will be kind,
To anyone who is inclined;
In going out breaking the rules,
And acting like a bunch of fools.
In showing His mercy and grace,
To those who sin in disgrace;
Pleasing one self as they stray,
Since they only live for today.
An eat drink and be merry alibi,
For tomorrow they just may die;
Not caring if they are really rude,
And having such a vain attitude.
To them they are number one,
And could care less about the Son;
Through the suffrage of a loss,
As He hung there on the cross.
But the world God has so loved,
He would sacrifice His beloved;
So that whosoever will believe,
An eternal life they will receive.
