Lo and behold, the color of the world!
Green is of St. Patrick's on March 17.
Snow is melting giving way to Spring
Petals-scented air along my foliage green
A new year's eve past concluded
New resolutions getting accounted
It's like a birth of a new born babe
Like tiny seeds that have sprouted
Refreshing...soothing to the eyes
Cascading streams and the river wild
Another existence, and a valued life
In copious abundance more mouths are fed
The war I fight for is a green revolution
A planted tree for the next generation
Hoping to see the end of starvation
A better world, a greener Earth I step on
