I went to the greenhouse and saw Geraniums in bloom,
it was a sign that the warm summer was coming soon.
They had lots of other flowers there for sale,
their fragrance made the most wonderful smell.
But, if you buy flowers that are already in bloom
clip off the flowers or it could lead to their doom.
The plants will need lots of energy to grow,
after they're rooted, new blooms will show.
I've always loved flowers, there's so many to see,
but they won't kill any for my grave site and me.
Spending money on fresh flowers to give to the dead,
seems useless give the family the money instead.
This is just my perception do as you will,
yet, it could help out on the funeral bill...
