Empty hearts and tear filled eye's,
From someone that hurt her with terrible lies.
From past to present things went wrong,
To life as it stands she had to hold on.
When things get too heavy she wants to give up,
But she tries so hard she wants it so much,
To carry on living and to make it one day,
To become something more than what people say.
Life isn't easy for no-one she knows,
But it doesn't make her feel better when she is told.
Too many people thinking they know best,
All about them balls to the rest.
She does like attention but then again who don't,
She just wants a cuddle but for some reason they wont.
Its not like she is asking for everything in the world,
It seems so hard for this pushed away girl.
It seems like she's just feeling sorry for herself,
But its hard not to when your left on the shelf.
I will always be there as she knows if needs be,
Because if you haven't guessed by now i am talking about me.
