The Time Is Yet Not Ours

It's not that easy to bear each passing day
For this heart and soul have something to weigh
The love I have missed since way back when
Has now arrived and here to claim

The thoughts, the mem'ries, the sweetness of dreams
Melt this lonely heart slowly fallin' in its schemes
Unlucky fate, chances came too late, destiny dictates
And you promise though, you're willing to wait...

Counting minutes in a day until wee hours of the night
You patiently wait and have a message to convey
The love you offer...I know it's divine
Can't help but wonder...will you wait in time?

As you lay dreaming..."will you be mine?"
This question so easy but haunting my mind
Beyond the situation, until when could I hide
If only I could, I want you by my side...
