 Miracle Maker
He could have been just anyone
The choice all his but chose God's Son
To live among mere mortal men
The CHRIST who came man would condemn

This child that taught teachers who thought
They knew the road to Heaven sought
Pious the Pharisee who claimed
The right of passage, themselves ordained

But, JESUS came not to condemn
But came to save the lost and send
Disciples made of simple men
To teach after He met his end

He could have raised his arms instead
Chose to lay them upon heads
Healing the sick, raising the dead
Feeding thousands with 5 loaves of Bread

No magician's trick dear friend
No applause for Him we'd send
To die upon a cross for you
To give His life for me too

So next time when you see a trick
Think of Him beaten by sticks
The One who rose and will return
Jesus, this world His mercy yearns
