These words that want to sow a seed
Inside of all, It's me who writes
To search your soul, to make it right
It's my will when you do rise
From bed, tired living with lies

It's me that made mother that birthed
The child all grown to walk my Earth
But not to waste all that I gave
To carnal things, to live enslaved
How could you be so blind and deaf
When I see you when nothings left
Chasing rainbows that don't exist
Yet chase you do and me resist
I tap your shoulder everyday
Awaken all to start their day
Yet you don't thank or speak to me
Forgetting all I give freely
The air you breathe and Sun that shines
Their hands that touch helping unwind
Your day at work, the stress you feel
Your mate I gave who helps you deal
The roof I keep over your head
Your drive to work I safely lead
Children your own to help enjoy
Their innocence, that girl and boy
My hands once nailed still heal the sick
My hands that bled life's blood still sticks
Through thick and thin, the bad and good
Unmeasured love all time withstood
Can your hands give all that I've given?
Mankind my life and you forgiven
