Climb the highest mountain, punch the face of god

Today, Vicodin and I walk hand in hand...

Just another brick in the wall,
BAM!
All the stars fall,
Violins tweak then break
And the
Red pain chases a path
Up and down the spine
And fluid finds its way
Into the tears
Falling from her eyes.

A small flash of memory
Cuts its way into her
Eyesight and then,
Back to reality and paperwork.

Metal crushes and tin folds.
Flesh breaks, muscles tense, eyes flinch.
Everything is right with the world.
