 Waiting In The Wings
I'm Your child...
You chose me before my birth,
sustain me to bear the fruit of Your Spirit,
let me hear Your words of direction,
lend me a hand to be the essence of truthfulness.

Lord, bind my heart...
to tell others about Your salvation and grace,
Your church, and Your mercy.
Allow me to be aware of my boundaries,
implore You for help as I waver.

I'm weak in numerous ways,
struggle to get Your messages across,
know my strength will be made perfect
as I lean on You for leadership and utterances,
recognize I'll not falter with You there.

I know Your grace is sufficient,
as I wait in the wings to follow through,
reaching out to touch the souls of others...
You'll lead the way as I wait in the wings,
waiting for Your guidance and love.

I wait in the wings of Your Heart.

Matthew 5:6
Deuteronomy 7:9
2 Corinthians 12:9
