Carol's Journey
Email Poem | Today's Poetry

 God is in Control
When natural disasters occur
Of this fact we can be sure
God is in control

From mighty gusts of wind and rain
We see His power again and again
God is in control

Some view life as luck and chance
Not knowing in each circumstance
God is in control

We may not understand
But we can trust His plan
God is in control

In times of pain and illness
He whispers in the stillness
God is in control

When your hurt is so deep
That you cry out and weep
God is in control

When no one seems to care
Rest assured that He is there
God is in control

Your life is short like a vapor
Jesus died to be your Savior
God is in control

He wants to give you new life
Oh the joy to be free of strife
God is in control

Unless you open up your eyes
You will never come to realize
God is in control
