Love Reunited
Love Reunited
Such a beauty
I never laid my eyes on until now
no sickness, no crimes
just joy and laughter abounds
a brand new body
fear of leaving not needed
the angels were so friendly
in their greeting
the serenity I find
on these gold streets I roam
oh I whistle a hymn
my new life a eternal song
sitting with Jesus on the shiny pier
a picture won't do it justice
so I wait for you here
there are bells to announce
the next guest in line
oh you are getting close darling
not long until sunrise
I think you feel it
as the cancer eats
away is just me
in one heart beat
ka-boom! open your eyes
take my hand love
for you have arrived.....
