Fighting a Good Fight
As belonging to God,
You should honor and laud;
So stay away from things,
Tempting that evil brings.
Put your mind at ease,
And try your best to please;
Your Heavenly Father,
And Jesus your Brother.
Be loving and faithful,
Also dependable;
Gently with a smile,
As Christ in His style.
Keep fighting a good fight,
Using all of your might;
Eternal life proclaim,
In faith through Jesus' name.
Help others that they learn,
That Jesus will return;
Though unknown what day,
Keep your trust and obey.
