 Stuck

Like running under water
Chained to a wall witnessing slaughter
Bricks for feet and black holes for eyes
A soul that always says goodbyes
The blackness behind you is a living shadow
Like a question you'll never know
Feeling like Cinderella's ugly sister
Lethargic and numb like a never healing blister
Seeing the world through mental images
Like a long distance runner that never finishes
Your life is always by the minute and never by the day
Pushing the clocks hands round till tomorrow comes your way
When all your answers end with “I don't give a fcuk”
That's when you know in life you're stuck
