There's only one true trinity to find,
and that's the Soul, Spirit and Mind.
The Soul is the energy older than time,
it gives the body power controlled by the mind.
The spirit is your disposition and out look on life,
it can make your life easy or cause lots of strife.
The mind the mind is such a wonderful thing,
it can calculate or feel the sensation love brings.
It has many realms and controls many functions,
and can be like mine and plagued with dysfunctions.
Yes many may debate or challenges what I have said,
But, remember it's only the body that becomes dead.
