MIGHT BE

Might be, that you think you're a speck of dust on the Earth
Maybe you're a mom remembering the babies you birthed
Perhaps you're a murderer on death row
And when you're put to death alone is all you'll know

Might be, you're not alone if you believe
That there is forgiveness for your sins if you grieve
And go back to those ten commandments and God's love
Close your eyes, bow your head, and think of God above

Reigning over all the sins of man and woman
Where believing with faith in God the times are coming
When this world of pain and shame will rest
Might be, if you believe that God is here with you, you'll do your best.
