Nowhere
Nowhere
I'm saying sorry
can we escape
into a thousand sunny days?
Don't let us part
leave things this way
and nowhere is what it feels like
when you are not here
why do I keep finding your pieces
there is so much of you I love
left behind......
I'm saying don't forget
as I drive away
oh the leaves are turning
and the ground is full of snow
changing but still clinging
to the only love we know
and nowhere is what it feels like
when you are not here
why do I keep finding your pieces
there is so much of you I love
left behind......
so I am at your front door
a prepared speech in store
and seconds later, door opened
it's familiar like I am home
and nowhere is a place
I been for far too long
I would go anywhere with you
in your dreams I hope you find
that I am still standing,
waiting for your embrace
and I awake
smile, looking over refreshed
it's you finally
I woke up to next.....
