Be patient until the Lord returns,
That will be when everyone learns;
The whole truth is in the golden book,
That so many will not even look.
Think of the farmers that are in pain,
Waiting patiently for the spring rain;
And ensuring that their crops will grow,
As an abundant harvest will flow.
A patient farmer does not forfeit,
Because He does not know how to quit;
Since His work is always so sincere,
And will continue to persevere.
Remember how patient that Job was,
But his faith did not take any pause;
The Lord had finally eased his mind,
Because He is merciful and kind.
So the time is drawing very near,
As the Lord Jesus will soon be here;
Please do not grumble or He will judge,
For indications that you begrudge.
