Technology and voting
Election Day you arise to vote
Before work, grab your coat
Hurry now, can't be late,
Long lines, have to wait
Vote, A citizen's duty
Politicians need accountabilty
Oh, electronic machines
Push touch screens
This should be quick
Hurry decide, pick
Take a second to review
Democracy is waiting on you
Press the cast ballot key
Ok, you voted for democracy
Later in the week, you hear
your greatest fear
Electronic voting machines
Hacked, hacker in intervenes
No recount, no paper trail
Democracy starting to fail
