Where are words derived from? Lets take Two words like
(pitter-patter).
My heart went pitter-patter when that lovely girl walked through that door!
The pitter-patter of a baby's feet! His or her first footsteps across the floor!
For a slang word it has it's uses, as many often do!
Like raindrops dripping on a leaf! They go pitter-patter too!
In the English language these are words that we don't often see.
Although I recently had a feedback from a (LADY),and she used these words to me!
I also left pitter-patter on a feedback I sent her way!
Oh the things that I have in common with my dear friend I call MJ!
(No not Michael Jackson! Or Michael Jordan!) Ha ha!
