God's Answer to the Hurting
My child, I feel all your pain
I gave My life for you to gain
Freedom from bondage to sin
To make you whole within
My love for you is the same
I have called you by name
Never feel you are a failure
I created you for My pleasure
To you I will freely forgive
Not based on how you live
I know you try to do right
You are perfect in My sight
Your life may be hard to bare
But know that I always care
You have no reason to fear
For I am always very near
You will always be mine
By the Holy Spirit divine
Trust Me to see you through
Realize it is not all up to you
You have tried it on your own
It is time to return to My throne
I will bring to your life new joy
With strength from Satan's ploy
Maybe you have strayed away
God will welcome you today
If you did not know Jesus before
Will you open your heart's door?
John 10:10 (NIV)
The thief comes only to steal and kill
and destroy; I have come that they may
have life, and have it to the full.
