BATH OF BUBBLES
Delectable bubbles overflowing
To the rim of a white roll top bath
Oh what fun we had soaking in there
Serenity in love's sweet aftermath
Copious wine we sipped together
And chatted for a while
Fondant chocolates we nibbled
Our evening of indulgent style
Candle wax melting
To seal our love
Heavenly music of Verdi
Wafting above
We giggled and laughed
Till our shiny faces were pink
Teasing each other and
Trying not to sink
Hands held together
We promised this night
Would be the first of many
Where passions took flight
