You do not know the ladder of my success

Why are you still stuck in the past
You made me wish i was dead when i was younger i didn't want my life to last
Then i got through it; somehow God helped me and now i am older it feels the same
Its just so lame
That you still treat me the same
The older you get i am still always a kid to you and why are you always so nasty
You Will be forty something when i am 25
I will still be a kid, I'll always be a kid to you although you out grown the high five
Just hopefully i will still be alive
As you're driving me insane
It hurts so much you cannot understand the pain
To explain
I cannot make you understand
Thats what i cannot stand
If only there will be a safer way to land
So i can make you understand
I am not a kid i have changed I am not like before
That is for sure
You're never here or have not been living here for the past ten years so i would you know and make your heart pure

I struggled dream to dream
Struggled up the ladder to get successs, i pleaded as i so loudly scream
Which is no more
Now i am more laid back, but you push me to my limit making my heart, soul and mind bottle which becomes stale and unpure
So its down to you
If you don't do this i'd have no reason to fall through

You do not know me
Or you're so blind you do not see
Now leave my life and let me be me
Let me get along
Its been so long
I thought at least now you'd have grown up to and be able to understand
Except no you do not and you're a bird never at rest and do not know where to land
I hope God guides you
So at least we can be friends as i am trying in my heart all the way through
Its just not easy and you know its so true
What i say is true
I tried and its too hard
I always feel like i am helpless, useless and worthless and wound up feeling bard
So i just said i give up
I do not normally give up
This is it
If you can show me your bit
I will consider starting over
