I pray on my knees
Sometimes I pray more and sometimes I pray less,
I pray for you and also for me,
And pray for my enemies too
I pray day and night
I've prayed till no more I can pray,
I pray for days full of sunshine,
And pray thru all the rainy days too
I pray when my soul needs desperately God,
I pray inside and outside of the church too,
I pray when I ask from God inspiration in everything,
And I've pray for your salvation everywhere too
I pray when I am happy and when I am also sad,
I pray when I am also mad or glad,
I've prayed to God with my heart whole or bared,
And to Him I pray for love and peace everywhere
I pray when sometimes I see your pain,
I prayed for your victories and for your gains,
I pray for your sorrows and troubles and also your needs,
And prayed for all the ones that you have my friend
I pray for you with all my heart and soul,
I pray to God to grant your goals,
And pray to Him for days, weeks, months and years,
I pray to God under the sun, moon and all the stars
I've prayed to God with a smile upon my face,
And with tears running down my cheeks too,
I've prayed for you among laughter and cries,
Till the tears came out and poured out of my eyes
Sometimes I pray when the sun is just rising out,
And everyday when the sun goes down there's not doubt,
I pray when I hear bad and good news too,
And I give thank to God for everything He's done for me and you.
