When the world is bright
I see it dark I'm looking from the inside Its dark and lovely Stormy and cloudy You're here, but You're not The outside Looking in Everything is inside out You don't know what Its like to be outside the crowd To be inside a place where you're Unknown You can never know how it feels Its impossible for you to understand. You will never know from your ignorance. Do you want to devide soceity Leave us all in boxes When one of us could be The best friend Of your life It sure seems that way otherwise This would have began the journey To world peace Adults can be in the dark and sometimes We need to show them The error of their ways As i seen with my own eyes The racism could be stopped You don't need to feel threatened by your family For something you don't want to do If your parent tells you somebody is bad Don't be quick to judge a book by its cover. You can see it for yourself if something happens you will have help in school Help through life Don't let one experience change your mind We're all unique and special in our own way We're not all the same.
