Her hair so silky as it falls,
On my cheek as she bends her head,
Her lips as soft as hummingbird's call,
Touch mine thru my tears as they are shed.
We have said goodbye and now we sigh,
As we are aware it is over,
We gave a good try but the time is nigh,
For us both to search for greener clover.
The grass is always greener on the other side,
Of that fence we place in our path,
Or so it is said until we have tried,
To make sense of things after the wrath.
We know there is no going back,
No matter how much we want,
For now there is a definite lack,
Of that thing that had held us taunt.
For love is the glue that held me and you,
Thru the good times and the bad,
Now it is gone, we do not belong,
Together and it is so sad.

I would see harm come to none,
