Imagine .. Once long long ago a planet
With people all living as one~
And alas along come politics,religion,and greed
Progress and all those things to come~
Imagine .. Then a chosen few
Left for another planet far far away~
And after a longest time the same thing happened
The entire planet left to pay~
Imagine .. Then after that off to another one
Time beyond time and more so before~
But this time to a planet blue and white
One they would all come to adore~
Lifetimes of travel beyond knowing
And here we are today~
Making all those same mistakes
History repeating it's self come what may~
Imagine .. If this time around
We all stopped as one to imagine why~
So many of us cannot possibly even imagine
Peace upon earth before we once again all die~
