I'm just a sinner in need of a Savior,
I'm in need of His love, His forgiveness, His grace, and His mercy ---
I'm also in need of His righteousness since mine is like filthy rags
to Him,
I'm no better than the rapist, the terrorist, the arsonist, the atheist, or
the Satanist!
I'm no better than those who have sex with minors, those who steal from
stores,
I'm no better than those who sell their bodies, than those who sell drugs
on the corner of the streets,
I'm no better than those who do witchcraft, than those who engage in
pornography,
I'm no better than those who do credit card frauds, identity thefts, or
smuggling for a living,
Yet God loves each and everyone of these individuals and died for them as
well,
There's forgiveness even for these individuals if only they'd have faith
in Him,
And even though I'm no better than these individuals or anyone else for
that matter,
This is definitely not a license for me to do any of these things, God
has not changed, He's the same way today as He was before He sent His Son
to die on the cross for all of us,
As much as He loves us, He wants each and everyone of us to not only love
Him but also one another!
Although I'm a sinner by nature and by choice, God does not want me to
forever remain in my ways,
He wants me to be holy as He is holy, perfect as He is perfect, He wants
me to not only love Him but my friends as well as my enemies,
And I have no known enemies, only friends, which include each and everyone
of you!
And you don't have to agree with each and everything that I think, say,
or do,
You don't always have to agree with all of my intentions, either ---
So whenever I do, say, or think something that's not pleasing to you all,
please just tell me to STOP,
And no matter how close I come to God, I will never ever be too holy, pure,
or righteous to be told to STOP by God and all of His people!
