To Michael
It's said you fell again my son
What once was you now has become
Frail, beaten, struggling to breathe
Your ways have failed, I am your need
You hide the scars you wear inside
Your heart bares proof for I abide
In it your pain I feel it too
Lets make a pact again, anew
Hold on to what the others found
In me blessings will pour profound
Upon your life that needs my seed
Just ask your brothers, who I too feed
It's not so easy I will confess
But greater am I in you no less
Than He that lies to your soul pressed
The streets you walk, I walked them too
Some time ago, for just a few
At 33, my life would end
To see you when we meet again
I know you tire as I did too
But hold to me, I'll hold to you
Together our wills cannot be swayed
You see on cross, this has been payed
The world has turned it's back on all
That's why I catch all those who fall
For in me eyes I see the son
The man I love, my heart you won
Please call on me while though away
I am with you now and always
There's work to do and we can't do
Without Michael who I call to
Be of good cheer, as this brings me
Knowledge and strength to give to thee
To know you still have faith in one
Sincerely yours,
Jesus, Gods son
